Before we start any project, we have an initial consultation with our clients to understand their vision, budget, timeline, and any specific requirements. This is also a great chance for us to get to know each other and if we are the right fit.

We will then conduct a site visit to assess the space and take measurements. Based on our consultation and site visit, we develop a design concept that reflects our clients' preferences, style, and needs. We present our ideas through sketches, 3D renders, mood boards, and material samples.

Once the design concept is approved, we develop a detailed project plan that includes timelines, budgets, and resources required. We work closely with our clients to ensure that the plan meets their expectations and budget.

We source and procure all materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment required for the project. We have established relationships with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure that we get the best quality products at competitive prices.

And finally, once the above is complete we will be on hand to set up, install, style, and put those all-important finishing touches to your project ready for completion day. Our experienced team will carry out the work according to the project plan. We ensure that the work is done efficiently, safely, and with minimum disruption to our clients.

Once the project is completed, we hand over the space to our clients and provide aftercare support, including maintenance advice and warranties.
